Originally from the Bay Area of California, Dr. May received his undergraduate degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology and Animal Physiology from Sonoma State University. He then set his focus on veterinary medicine, ultimately being accepted into the second class of Midwestern University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in Glendale, Arizona and graduated in 2019. Although he appreciated his time in the desert, Dr. May decided to return to the more temperate climate of the Pacific Northwest. His medical interests include internal medicine diagnostics and management, soft tissue surgery, and client education. In his spare time, Dr. May spends time with his wife and children, as well as his three dogs and one cat. His personal interests include fishing, watercolor painting, and collecting sports memorabilia.
Dr. Zya Ramos was born and raised in Mexico City and graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in 2024. Her professional interests include ultrasound, internal medicine, neonatal care, and senior care. She is deeply committed to continuous learning and embracing new experiences both in veterinary medicine and in her personal life. Outside of work, Dr. Ramos enjoys hiking, spending time in nature, saying hello to every dog she sees, and reading.
